Help Center: Introduction, Dates, and Training for CSIU Customers

Introduction

Welcome to the Help Center for CSIU Computer Services! This site supports CSIU Visual FoxPro (VFP) software, the Financial Information System (FIS), the Student Information System (SIS), and the SCView Document Management System. You can enter, view, and respond to tickets, as well as find information in the Knowledge Base to help you use our software.


You will need to set up an account to fully utilize the Help Center. With an account, you will be able to:
  1. View open and closed tickets.
  1. Respond to open tickets.
  1. Enter new tickets and include attachments, like screenshots or reports.
  1. See all instructional documents and videos in the Knowledge Base.

Without an account, you will see limited content in the Knowledge Base but not be able to enter or view your tickets through the Help Center. Knowledge Base articles for teachers who use SIS and employees who access the FIS Staff Portal and the VFP Employee Portal can be viewed without an account.


Important Dates

June 28, 2021: You can set up an account to access the Help Center to see the full contents of the Knowledge Base. However, you cannot add tickets yet.

July 2, 2021: You can submit tickets in the new Help Center. You may also continue to call or email to submit a ticket. 

August 1, 2021: You will no longer be able to access the Online Support Center (OSC) for FIS and SIS. The OSC access for VFP will be removed once all content has been migrated into the Help Center. Please see the VFP OSC page for updates.
