Help Center: Access the Help Center After Setting Up Your Account

To access the Help Center, you will first need to be invited by the CSIU. You’ll receive an email invitation and need to click on the link to set up your account. If you do not have this email, please see the Request Email Invitation section in this article below:  Help Center: Set Up Your Account

Access the Help Center


Once you’ve set up your account, you can access the Help Center through this link: https://help.csiu.org/portal/en/home

Log in with:

Your email address.
The password you created in the Help Center.


Forgot Your Password?


  1. Click the Reset link on the Sign In page.

  1. On the Forgot Password page, enter:
  1. Your email address.
  2. The word displayed in the image. 

Type letters in the same case that they appear in the image.


Problems with Help Center Sign In


If you are unable to sign in to the Help Center, review these messages to help you understand the issue.


Invalid Email Address or Password


You could be entering your email or password incorrectly if you see the message: Invalid Email Address or Password. 

You can also see the invalid message if you have not verified your account by accepting the email invitation from CSIU Computer Services. To check this, see the next section.



No such user


To check if you have verified your account, select the Reset link next to Forgot Password? and fill in the information. If you see the message: No such user, you have not verified your account. You’ll need to click the link to accept the invitation in the email from CSIU Computer Services to set up your account. If you do not have this email invitation, please see the Request Email Invitation section on the Set Up Your Account article.
