- Verify that the clients uses SSO in FIS. If the client is not SSO in FIS, they can still setup the sync, but the sync will load the username based on the FIS username and not the staff email address from FIS. When SSO for FIS is turned on the system 'knows' to sync the staff's email address as the UserID to SCView. Note that SCView uses the UserID as the SSO login and FIS uses the Email Address for SSO, which means the FIS username can be different than the email address. If the sync loads the FIS Username that is NOT an email address, SCView's SSO will not work correctly.
