SmartSub Mobile App Installation and Login Guide

The SmartSub Mobile app allows employees and substitutes to conveniently access SmartSub from their mobile device. Before logging in, please verify that you have downloaded the correct app and that it is configured to connect to the Production environment.

Download the SmartSub Mobile App

When searching for the SmartSub app, verify the following information:

Android Devices
Download SmartSub Mobile from the Google Play Store.
Apple Devices
Download SmartSub Mobile from the Apple App Store.
Verify the App Developer
To ensure you have selected the correct application, confirm that the developer is: SC Strategic Solutions
Look for the SmartSub Logo

Verify App Settings

Before logging in for the first time, confirm that the application is pointed to the Production environment.

Open the SmartSub Mobile app.
Select the stacked menu icon (☰) in the upper-left corner of the screen.

3. Tap App Settings.

4. Verify that Production is selected.

5. If Production is not selected, choose Production.

6. Select Back to return to the login screen.

Log In

Enter your normal SmartSub username and password.
Select Log In.
You should now have access to your SmartSub account.

Troubleshooting

Verify that you have downloaded SmartSub Mobile.
Confirm the app developer is SC Strategic Solutions.
Ensure Production is selected under App Settings.
Verify that your username and password are entered correctly.
Contact your SmartSub administrator if you continue to experience issues.
