Step 1: Update Your Browser & Clear Cache
- Updated Browsers improves performance by incorporating speed and efficiency optimizations, supporting new web technologies for faster loading, and implementing resource management features that free up memory and processing power.
- Clearing Cache frees up storage space, speeds up page loading times, and fixes display issues by ensuring you're viewing the most recent versions of websites instead of outdated cached versions.

Step 2: Clear Temporary Files (Windows)
- Clearing Temp Files improves system performance and speed, since a cluttered folder with many temporary files can slow down application access and overall system responsiveness.
- In the Windows search bar, type %temp%, press Enter.
- Select all files (Ctrl + A) and delete them.
- If prompted, skip files that are in use.
Step 4: Disable Browser Extensions
Browser extensions can interfere with printing by injecting faulty code, blocking the printing process, altering page layouts, or conflicting with print settings, leading to blank pages, missing content, or distorted printouts
Step 5: Additional Troubleshooting Tips
- If you experience issues with pop-up windows or buttons not working, ensure pop-ups are allowed and extensions are disabled.
