Print an Attendance Roster, Grade Entry Roster, or Roster Grid for one or more classes. These reports are useful for substitute teachers or other staff who need a printed class roster for recording attendance or grades.
Important
Roster Reports are print-only documents and cannot be completed electronically and then printed.
You may print rosters for individual classes or combine multiple classes into a single report.
Optional fields such as Nicknames, Pronouns, Home District, and Student District can be included on the report.
Staff > Staff Schedule Views > Staff Schedule Views
Click the Roster Report icon .
(Optional) Use the available filters to locate the desired courses.
(Optional) Select Combine Rosters to include multiple classes in a single report.
Select the report type:
Attendance Roster
Grade Entry Roster
Roster Grid
Select any desired report options.
Select one or more courses.
Click the Print icon.
Combines students from multiple selected classes into a single roster report.
Determines which students are included on the report.
No day selected
Includes all students enrolled in the selected class(es), including partial schedule students.
Specific day selected
Includes only students scheduled to attend class on the selected day.
Partial schedule students who are not scheduled that day are excluded.
