Teacher Connect Career Pathways and Student Certification Screen

Teacher Connect > Learning Standards: Career Pathway/Certification Screen
View and Add Student's Career Pathways and Certifications by opening the Teacher Connect Learning Standards Screen and selecting the Career Pathways / Certification screen. 
Note: Teachers ability to add Career Pathways and Certifications are controlled by security

Filters

Utilize Grade Level filter to filter this screen based on the student grade levels.  If Career Pathways exist teachers can utilize the By Pathways filter to filter students based on the assigned pathway.


Along with the Career Pathways & Certifications the number of Earned Hours students earned towards their Program of Service is visible to staff.

Enter Career Pathways

  1. Click in the Career Pathways cell for a single student
  2. Select the applicable pathway
  3. Use the Fill Down Arrow to Fill All student with the selected pathway (optional)
  4. Click Save

Delete Career Pathways

  1. Click in the Career Pathways cell for a single student
  2. Select Clear or select the - option
  3. Click Save

Enter Certifications

  1. Click in the certifications cell for a single student
  2. Click Add Certifications
  3. Select the appropriate certification
  4. Enter the date of the certification
  5. Click Save

Delete Certifications

The ability to delete certifications is controlled by security settings.  
  1. Click in the certifications cell for a single student
  2. Click the delete icon
  3. Save the changes 

Export & Print Pathways and Certifications

Click the Excel Icon to export the screen into an excel file.  Click the printer Icon to print.
