Step 1: Purchase SmartSub

Submit a help desk ticket to purchase or request a demo. You can also watch pre-recorded demo.
Email: softhelp@csiu.org with SmartSub in the subject line.

Step 2: Verify System Access

SmartSub Summary directory is available
HR/Payroll users have required permissions

Step 3: Third-Party API Configuration

After purchasing SmartSub, setup is required in the Third Party API Configuration directory. We will assist you with this process.
