We’re excited to introduce the updated user interface for the CSIU Financial Information System (FIS). This update improves navigation, simplifies access to commonly used features, and provides a more streamlined user experience across the system.

The updated interface includes several improvements designed to help you navigate the system more quickly and efficiently.
Login Page Enhancements
View core CSIU applications and partner applications directly from the login page.
Access additional information about each application using the Learn More option.
Log in using your username and password or your organization’s SAML single sign-on.
Home Page Improvements
A central starting point with quick access to important tools and information.
Direct links to Request Support, the Knowledge Base, and SCView.
Defaults three commonly accessed Staff Portal menus, displaying My Information, Pay History and W-2 forms, and Staff Absence Information, if those menus were made available to the user.
Announcements and External Links sections for important updates and resources.
Quick Launch Search
Quickly find screens, reports, and functions using Quick Launch.
Access with Ctrl + K or by selecting Quick Launch.
Results display the navigation path so you know where searched items are located.
Improved Navigation
New fly-out menus in the left navigation panel allow you to see options within each application without opening additional pages.
Navigate easily between modules such as Fund Accounting, HR/Payroll, Staff Portal, and System.
Breadcrumb Navigation
A new breadcrumb trail shows exactly where you are within the system.
Hover over breadcrumb items to quickly navigate to related screens.
Favorites
Use Add Page to Favorites to bookmark frequently used screens.
Access saved pages from the My Favorites section on the Home page or navigation menu.
Easily open or remove saved pages as needed.
