Go to Admin >
Users
Add
Complete the necessary fields. (R) - indicates a required field.
User ID (R)– if using Single Sign On enter the users email address
Homescreen – Dashboard is a popular choice
First Name (R) – First Name
Last Name (R) – Last Name
Password/Confirm Password (R) – a password is required even if using Single Sign On
Force Change Pass. – un-check if using Single Sign On
Active – Select to make the user account active.
Email Address (R) – enter the user email address
Features – select the needed SCView features:
Department – add a Supervisor if utilizing the Mileage module
Save- to save changes.
To assign additional permission, select and double-click the
user from the list or select Edit.
Permissions can be added by assigning the user to a group.
Select the Groups
tab and select a group.
Or, go to Doc Types to add user specific document type permissions.
Search - grants user permission to Search for this document type on the Search tabView - allows user to view this document type within the SCView systemPrint - allows user to print this document type from within the SCView systemEmail - allows user to email this document type from within the SCView systemEdit - allows user to edit existing documents of this document typeCreate - allows user to complete forms of this document typeAppend - allows user to append pages to an existing document of this document typeAnnotate - allows user to annotate existing documents of this document typeDelete - allows user to delete existing documents of this document type from the SCView systemUnrestritced - allows user to view all documents of this document type and not just documents or forms the user originally added or created
Go to the FIS tab
to assign user specific purchasing permissions and Save
to save changes.
